  After my calling Terminix for a foundation preconstruction treatment, Fred return my call and made an initial visit with me. He went out to the site took measurements and explain to me my treatment options and what would be taking place. I found him to be extremely informative and interested in answering my questions and how his product would assist me and my family. He then connected me with Jim Voelkners name and number, who came out a couple of days later to treat the foundation itself. I found both these gentlemen to be very helpful and and very professional. If I owned a business, these are the type of men that I would want meeting my customers .
